What Loni doesn't like about Subway:
honestly 0 if i could. the staff i experienced are rude the store looked a mess from the customer side of the counter the food was mixed in with other foods behind the counter where they make your sandwhich. also the guy who made my sandwich sneezed onto not only my sandwich but all of the food infront of him. in my opinion this is not okay View all feedback.

I work in the hospital and the choices for food are subway and the cafeteria. I always choose subway. the food there is always fresh vegetables always nothing is ever dry. the bread is always soft. I don't choose any other subway. If I can not make it to this subway I get jimmy johns. and the staff especially the manager is always amazing to me and very welcoming.
We ordered subway through doordash and our dasher didn’t see that all our items were there. Once we received our order and realized we were missing 3 drinks and a cookie. We tried calling multiple times and also called our dasher and the subway never picked up. We still haven’t been able to get ahold of them.
Whoever was working May 25th at 4:00 am—I placed an order with Uber Eats and when the driver arrived she notified me that my order had already been taken by someone else. I asked her if they were going to remake the order and she said they said no they will NOT remake it. I called the restaurant about ten times back to back and no one answered. I asked the driver to tell them that THEY are liable for my food being taken and it is their responsibility to make sure the order goes to the correct courier. My driver had to contact Uber and have them cancel the order from their end because they were being so uncooperative. As soon as I went to reorder the food they immediately turned off their availability on Uber Eats so they did not have to remake the food. I realize no one cares about customer service anymore so I will take this to the corporate level if I do not receive a response and solution.
