Additionally, they were out of several ingredients, whi... read more The food looks promising, but the computer system crashed, and I couldn't place my order for 20 minutes. Additionally, they were out of several ingredients, which was surprising for a Thursday evening. They seemed unprepared, so I decided to eat somewhere else. I would like to try the food another time, though. I hope this was just a one-time issue.

I tried the veggie empanada, yucca fries, and jalapeño cilantro coleslaw. My boyfriend opted for the steak tacos and even sampled some of my dishes. The portion sizes are enormous! Usually, three tacos wouldn’t be filling, but these steak tacos were packed to the brim! Although the items I ordered were technically sides, each could easily serve as a small meal on its own. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Be sure to follow their food truck and enjoy some fantastic Peruvian cuisine!

I tried a bite of the tacos... read more My wife and I loooooved the chicken empanadas-fluffy, savory, and full of flavor. My 9yo had the fish tacos and loved them as well. I tried a bite of the tacos and they, like the empanadas, were very flavorful without any overwhelming spices. The staff was friendly and the rest of the menu seemed pretty enticing too so we will be looking out for these guys.
