The food was excellent but cold. The service was inconsistent. No one greeted us or seated us, and the waitress only came by a few times. It had a very generic hotel bar atmosphere. View all feedback.
The food was decent, but the service was terrible. It took 2.5 hours for an appetizer and dinner. It took our waitress a very long time to do anything. 10 minutes to get drinks, another 10 minutes to come back and take our appetizer order. It took about 25 minutes to get the appetizer after we ordered it. It was a cheese plate, nothing cooked. The entrees weren't hot when they came out. Seemed like they had been under the heat lamp for awhile since the plates were hot but the food was not. The food tasted ok, although it was nothing special. We won't be going to Root 25 again.

Ordered chicken wings from the bar. I walked out 35 minutes later with no wings. Pathetic
The chefs specials were cooked to perfection. I will be going back when I'm in the area again.
Great overall experience. Loved the food and ambiance. The staff was fantastic and it was a fun night.
