The customer service that I experienced today was exceptional!! I ordered in the Potbelly app for delivery and the DoorDash driver stole my order. Obviously, that sucks and extra sucks when you’re busy at work. I called the Potbelly and not only did they remake my order but, they went out of their way to hand deliver it to me. I’m in awe.
