Kfc - Meridian Station

This place is sketchy and a borderline scam. In short, they don't accept the orders from your phone that they advertise in the airport, and they don't use actual KFC chicken filets. I placed an order from my phone for a quick pickup, thinking that by the time I got there, I could grab it and head to my gate. When I arrived, they said they don't accept phone orders and wouldn't give me the food nor a refund. I went ahead and paid for my meal as I was already there and hungry. I ordered a double crunch sandwich, and I received 2 grocery store chicken tenders on bread, no KFC crispy chicken filets, and no pickles. Other reviews here confirm this happened to others. How can a KFC branded store slap chicken tendies on bread and pass them as KFC sandwiches? It's almost worth contacting corporate as this feels like a scam.

Fries were good, but the chicken was rly bad. Tenders were made of 80% breading, 20% chicken, and the breading tastet old and dry. Not comparable with a real kfc

After I ordered and it took forever to get my food which was cold and gave me food poisoning I come through this airport often and there is another location in the B concourse and I have never needed to worry about them.

Those chickens taste like frozen Walmart chicken that’s no real KFC chicken I spent $12 bucks on 3 chicken tenders and it was so horrible

Crispy chicken sandwich is grocery store chicken tenders on bread. Very stale pale and dry tenders
