What Jeffrey Roth likes about El Chalate:
Went for the first time yesterday. Good menu selections, and some of the best prices in Denver. They serve both Mexican and Salvadorian food. Lots of combination plates to choose from. I had the #6 which was a chicharron smothered burrito, bean tostada, and a tamale with beans and rice. Cost. . .$9.00! Good sized portions and delicious. Will definitely be back 3 people with Jarritos to drink only $45.00. View all feedback. What B doesn't like about El Chalate:
Low quality pupusas. Barley any cheese! in a pupusa it was all bean and chicharon! so they weren't good. But my opinion very low quality I definetly have had better ones at pupusa house on iliff and chambers worth it! you actully see cheese ? View all feedback.
