Got the brusselsprouts at the food truck and they were undercooked and oily. I know they are fried, but none of them were crispy and all were soggy. Not worth $13 View all feedback.
Chef Brandon encapsulated everything you could imagine and hope for from an accomplished private chef taking over your kitchen and creating a four course meal you could never produce if you dedicated your whole life to the craft. The cocktails were the best we’ve ever consumed, the food was out of this world, and the tact and presentation was perfect. Look no further, you found your chef.
We had an absolutely incredible experience when Brandon came to cook a private 4 course meal for my best friends 30th birthday. I truly can’t decide which course was the best because they were all phenomenal. Cannot recommend him enough!
