For the price is really bad and the customer service is really bad. The fries is just trash is cooked like in old oil

Lately we’ve been getting takeout once a week from BurgerIM. I’m a bit of a burger connoisseur and this place is delish. Flame broiled burgers are yum. Condiments are fresh and they don’t heat the lettuce and tomatoes. (Duh). Fries are just the right thickness (not too fat, not too thin), and the onion rings are tdf. Best part? Price. Totally reasonable. It’s a burger, not a filet mignon so I don’t want to pay like I’m eating all fancy-like.Plus they always draw nice burger pictures on the bag and write a thank you note. More nice people and nice people win.

Save your money! The hamburgers had the texture of cardboard, and no taste. French fries had definitely been cooked in very old oil and were inedible. The whole meal was dumped into the trash. We relayed our displeasure to the staff person behind the counter, but all she could do was apologize. Other people must have a similar response to the food here because there was only one other person there over the noon hour.

BERGER IM SUCKS Don't think you will go in ask for what you want and get it DO expect to pay way too much and get attitude for what you pay for!!!! Lamb Burger

My husband enjoyed his food. I was less than impressed for the cost. I ordered the angus burger. The patty was thin and lacked flavor. It was medium rare in spots (ew) and the cheese and sauce were only on half the patty. Given the price I expected a thick, delicious patty. The onions were kind of dried out. The sweet potato fries were good. The garlic aioli was good but was extra . That felt ridiculous given the cost of the fries. The regular fries were just meh. No seasoning. We spent nearly 40 for two burger orders, two fry orders, and one drink. It wasn’t worth the cost at all to me. The place was clean though and the service was good. I’d rather spend 40 somewhere else.
