The bison prime rib is probably the best steak I have had in the last year, and I have been to a few high-end steak houses in that time. Our server was knowledgeable and really great. I order the beef dinner for two (2 lbs) here are my thoughts salad presentation, poor and unimaginative Beef tough Garlic potato mash tasteless Rolls hard I have been coming to the BE since the 1980s and the quality of the food seems to get worse. Good was okay but a bit over rated for the price. Staff was very friendly and its a historic fun building to have dinner in. Oldest restaurant still running in Denver i believe.
Porterhouse steak was delicious. This place is epic and one of the more important restaurants around here. Can’t wait to come back for a 3rd time.
To be honest, I was expecting a tourist trap. I was wrong! Buckhorn exchange was not only fun and interesting, but the food was delicious and well worth the price.We shared a steak for two, which came with a side, a soup, vegetables and two sauces. We also tried Rocky Mountain “Oysters” and fried Alligator. Everything was great! The cocktails were also very delicious.I’d definitely recommend walking around and viewing the artifacts and taxidermy as well.Wheelchair accessibility: The staff were very accommodating and put out a wheelchair ramp
