The options on the menu looked very appetising but the carillera (pigs' cheeks) that were described as being accompanied by Pedro Ximenez sauce on pativier and blue cheese potatoes were instead served simply with chips and no hint of Pedro Ximenez or pativier potatoes. I've had this delicious dish several times elsewhere in Spain and this was bland and unappetising in comparison.

The food... read more As soon as we walked through the door we realised that the place was special. The decor was quirky and stylish, the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was great; tempura batter hake starter to share followed by the mixed seafood fideua was all wonderful and washed down with a bottle of Palomo Cojo.
