What User doesn't like about La Cantina de la Mexico:
admitted that I was here early before the crowd, but there was no energy. Eating was good, but drinks were expensive. on the plus side the toilets were the cleanest I saw in merida. View all feedback.
There were almost no patrons, so our group of about 20 should have been easy. the server was unstoppable, it took forever everything, including chips and salsas. my companions had to ask at least twice for each request including drinks. the server. started with command and disappeared then without saying anything for about 10 minutes. it was the first time in merida I could not eat as there were no menu options without meat except a Caesar salad. other noncarnivores custom a pasta dish with available vegetables. it was not surprising if their meal had not the desired sweetness; but it was served with salsa on the table with chips. quickly after three hours later, I hopped one over to get a meal to calm my starving headache.
Powered by this place many paintings, it looked beautiful. great Kurb attack. my friend was before and said it was good, so my expectations were high. but on this trip (my first and last) we were disappointed. the prices were high (for here) and. the quality was not very good. we came to lunch at 2 o'clock hunger. we had three meat dishes, one of which was a steak. it was all fat. the guac is pretty good. While waiting for our sack, I noticed that the floor was dirty, thick dust film. although this sounds small and not important, makes me wonder how sanitary the kitchen is. service is good. friendly and attentive.
