I think a bunch of people were waiting for Pieter Jan Lint to start something like this, and he did not disappoint. We had 11 dishes, all awesome. Choose the accompanying wine or juices, both are very nice. The picture don't do PJ's creations justice, the lighting was not picture perfect but his plates absolutely were.

Very surprising and incredibly tasty combinations! Surprising how these juices actually do more than wine with a dish. Everything vegetable with a nod to the recognisable flavours. Very welcoming interior and friendly, easy-going service. Nice that the chef also comes to the table. We will certainly return!
