**A Cautionary Tale: The Fall of a Once-Favored Breakfast Spot** A once-beloved breakfast cafe has succumbed to dismal service and uninspired food that leaves patrons frustrated and dissatisfied. Diners endure long wait times for poorly executed breakfast staples, often receiving burnt dishes and incorrect orders, further exacerbated by inattentive staff. While a few patrons still rave about specific menu items like Eggs Benedict, the overwhelming consensus is scathing. Unfulfilled drink requests, confusion over orders, and a lack of customer attention all contribute to an experience that fails even basic hospitality standards. As the charm fades, one must wonder what the future holds for this troubled establishment.

I can't wait to visit again so I can indulge in my favorite Eggs Benedict. The sauce has a wonderful balance of lemony and buttery flavors. They also provide gluten-free bread for those with gluten sensitivities. This is definitely my favorite breakfast spot! The service is excellent as well; Christina always brings such positive energy!

I enjoyed a fantastic breakfast here! We arrived last minute on a Sunday, but we never felt rushed. Our waitress, Hailey, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Both the cranberry almond French toast and the Monte Cristo sandwich were delicious, and the coffee was excellent as well!

Stay away from this place. We waited for 30 min for a simple order of scrambled eggs and French toast. I was going to offer my help to make it. Finally, the food arrived, burned, tasteless, French toast left a strange aftertaste in my mouth that lingeredeven after I brushed my teeth. My fault of not checking reviews. Terrible experience. The choice of background music is awful:you do not play loud, upbeat, cheerful classical music when you make your customers wait for that long, especially contemporaryclassical music which is an acquired taste even for musicians.

Few have fallen as far from grace as the waterfall cafe; Food was bad, which is weird because it?s breakfast food. Menu is cut down and uninspiring. The new owners should try something else or maybe just double down and destroy the restaurant completely

Hour &1/2 after we sat down we finally were served an awful breakfast. Charging for extra maple syrup? Whoever is running this whatever you wanna call it, has no business running a eatery . Cold coffee, warm OJ well done eggs it really was a badexperience, never will we eat here again
