However, it appears to be struggling on several f... read more Lago, a restaurant in the Common Man group, has been a long-time player in the New Hampshire restaurant scene. However, it appears to be struggling on several fronts now. Despite its beautiful waterfront setting in Meredith, our dinner experience was disappointing. We had hoped to celebrate with friends, but Lago's service and food fell short, making what should have been a great evening less enjoyable.

The sauce that was served on top of the chicken was the same sauce our daughter had on her Beef Ribs. We didn't want to make a fuss since it was my husband's birthday celebration. We ate some then had it boxed.
