Contribute FeedbackI ordered from Potbelly on 4/7/2024 through Doordash and my delivery was missing an item. When I contacted Potbelly, they blamed Doordash, who then blamed Potbelly. I left three messages for corporate Potbelly, but received no reply, which only added to my frustration. It is clear that neither company wants to take responsibility or make an effort to reimburse me for the mistake. Customer service seems to be very low on their list of priorities. I spent $25 on a lunch for one person, having to add items I didn't want just to meet the delivery threshold. The shake I ordered was not delivered, even though the straw and cup were included. If they had just tried to fix the situation instead of pointing fingers, it would have made a difference in my overall perspective of Potbelly. Buyer beware!
I will never support a restaurant that refuses service to military members. It is important for businesses to show support for our military.
