The staff was unfriendly to us because we had the windows open because our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. He said we use as much as some people use in 2 days (we were here for 1 hour), which is not justified. He said next time we could sleep on the street. Immediately afterwards he turned off the heating for us, so we had to fall asleep, shaking and freezing cold. This hotel is degrading and because of that I can't recommend it to anyone!!!
