Right after we ordered, a guy that apparently had never been to a Subway in his life approached with an insane order for 7 different footlong subs. Despite his best attempts to communicate poorly the maintained professional and courteous conduct,despite every customer in the house laughing at this clown. Absolutely great service, I go very often there and it seems as if they, especially a person, know exactly what I want on my lower part after I have bread, meat and cheese! Sometimes it is slow, yes, but if you try to make a spectacular dish for someone, you need to take a little time. They were from Tide Pods during my last encounter, sad, but maybe that was a sign for me that I tried to reduce my wash soap consumption. Fantastic!
Scottie served us (all 20 of us) by himself. He had us checked out as quickly as possible. He was pleasant, cheerful, and attentive. The food was great but the service was exceptional!
This will be the last time I will ever go into this subway, and maybe any subway, ever. There were only two people waiting in line. The first person ordered 4 subs, they didn't know what they wanted or what the other people they were getting food forwanted, so that took a little while. No big deal. The second customer was a man and his son, they knew what they wanted, also nobig deal. My daughter and I were waiting in line now for 10-15 minutes, there was only one person working, I get that, loweroverhead, keep cost low. Ok. What pushed me over the edge, was the online order who walked in as I have finally made it to thefront of the line and was taken care of before me. Who also didn't really know what they wanted on any of their 4 subs and I hadto wait another 10 minutes before they were out the door and I could be helped. 25-30 minute wait for my daughter's 6 inchsub. Nope never again. The management needs to help their customers and reduce the stress of their staff by having anotherperson on staff around the dinner rush. Losing customers in a small town this way can be very bad for business. The how muchdid I spend per person figure was less than $5 for food, and $100 in non billable time.
