Toshi's Teriyaki - Mercer Island

The best teriyaki on the island! I really enjoy their katsu and their spicy chicken as well. My secret favorite is their spicy chicken yaki udon!

Delicious moist yet crispy teriyaki and spicy in a perfect way! It is my go to because of their fresh ingredients! The chicken is not from overnight. At least what I got.

The service here is excellent, and the food is really tasty. The owners are very pleasant as well! Overall, I’d rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.

The food comes out quickly, and the service here is absolutely outstanding. I was genuinely impressed by how friendly the staff is. With such an incredible selection, I found it hard to choose, but I highly recommend anything with chicken. Their noodles were also fantastic. I got my meal to-go, and there was so much food that I had leftovers for the next day, which were still delicious.

The food at this restaurant is flavorful and enjoyable, and the service is friendly. However, the portion sizes are smaller compared to other teriyaki spots. Be prepared for a wait during peak hours. One drawback is that the hot sauce has a more Mexican flavor, despite being served in a Sriracha bottle, which creates a clash when paired with the distinctly Asian flavors of the dishes. Overall, I'd rate the food a 3 out of 5.
