Church's Texas Chicken - Mercedes

Worst church's ever, always get my order wrong or missing something. Even the smallest order gets messed

Tasty chicken, freshly cooked. Only the crusty biscuits were expected to be soft.

I placed an online order 1230 on Sunday for pick up at 1:30. I arrived to Church 's at 1 35. Nothing was ready the woman at register says we just recieved order 15 min ago. I said so is it ready She started to give me excuses as to why it was not ready. I stood there for 5 minutes before she said I guess I 'll make more chicken. I told her I had already paid on line so YES I wanted it They continued to fill other orders while I waited. Chicken was finally made order filled at 2:00. Chicken frying was cut short to where crust was light instead of drak crust. Fries were also rushed and not toasty. I will not return..

Church's chicken is not good like Good old days 80's and 90's sorry used to be my favorite ???

Ordered on drive-thru, 8 legs 8 tenders, got 16 piece legs instead. Called 25 times and got hung up on 10 times. Calling corporate.
