The items were cooked just as the diners ordered. The skirt steak was tender and well-seasoned. The chef clearly puts a great deal of thought into what flavors, seasonings and cooking styles will blend together for the best taste for the diner's enjoyment. The waiter enhanced the experience by answering questions attentively and offering explanations that were interesting. He treated us with respect and kindness. The seating was comfortable, and the surroundings were aesthetically pleasing.
