On the... read more I really enjoy the drinks and food at this restaurant, but I've had consistent trouble with their phone service. Whenever I call, no one seems to answer. On the rare occasions when they do pick up, they often say they’re busy. However, I've gone in several times and found no lines, only staff members on their cell phones. I once tried to place an order over the phone, but they insisted I had to order online instead. Unfortunately, their full menu isn’t available online, which has made it difficult for me to order what I want. Even with this knowledge, they still declined to let me order over the phone. When I went in to place my order, there was nobody ahead of me.

The employees were chatting in the back, even though the store wasn’t busy. We arrived before other customers, yet they got their food and drinks before us. If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service was terrible, and I will not be coming back.

I ordered a large Taro with boba, and my kids all had regular strawberry frost with fruit boba. They absolutely loved it! Taro is my favorite, and I enjoyed mine too. They have cute little stamp cards where you can earn a free drink. There’s plenty of seating available. They also offer food like mozzarella sticks, orange chicken, rice, and more. Their drinks are truly addictive! The staff were very friendly and helped me choose options for my lactose-intolerant kids. I didn’t notice a restroom, but everything was clean in the small space. Straws, napkins, and utensils were well stocked. Even though it was busy around 4:30, all five of our drinks were ready in about five minutes—quick service, definitely! I’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Quickly, for a wonderful experience!
