I went through the drive-thru and spent a decent amount of money, but when I got home, the food tasted old. I decided to call and talk to the manager about my experience, and she was very receptive to my concerns. Not only did she ensure I got the correct order, but she went above and beyond. I originally ordered a 12-piece strip and a 6-piece wing, but when I received my replacement, there were at least 24 strips and 12 wings! Now that's what I call excellent customer service! Thank you for turning a bad experience into a great one!
