They had run out of original recipe, so I opted for the extra crispy, but it was disappointing—lacked flavor. Prices have risen too high for what you get, but it seems that's the case everywhere these days, not just at KFC. The person at the window was new, but she was very nice, helpful, and friendly.

I placed a $75 order through the drive-through and really hoped everything I ordered would be included. Unfortunately, some items were missing. Luckily, we checked the bags before leaving the parking lot. I went inside to get the missing items, but it took about 15 minutes to get the staff’s attention and receive the rest of the order. This isn't the first or second time this has happened. I understand it can get busy and mistakes occur, but incomplete orders should be prioritized above all else.

I ordered a 9-piece bucket meal, half crispy and half original, but when I got home, there were only 5 pieces of old chicken in the bucket. They clearly don’t care about quality or service. The employees were constantly chatting and very unprofessional. I will be reaching out to corporate about this.
