Fresh and hot and b4 i could fill my drink they were saying my name for the combos meals to be picked up.
I love the customer service, but i had a problem with an order, so when i went to go pick up a replacement, it was just as bad as the 1st bowl, so i was picking out the xtra crispy pieces that fall off the popcorn chicken, there was a hair in the mashed potatoes.... it went in the trash

I found myself picking out the extra crispy pieces that had fallen off the popcorn chicken, and there was even a hair in the mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, it all ended up in the trash.
This KFC is fantastic. The portions are generous and always fresh. The customer service is exceptional. I typically go to the KFC on Olive Avenue in Merced, but I'm really glad I decided to visit this location!
