On our move to the terras we ordered prosecco and had a glimpse on the very inspiring menu...The seasonal approach with local flavor (we choose ravioli-rissotto-millefeuille and a meat dish) is the signature of the cook, and was a hit from the start! The accompanying wine (Perticaia 2012 Montefalco di Sagrantino), served with the main course, did justice to the different dishes and revealed great style. Sorbet and local chocolate, espresso and Tuscan grappa made the gran finale of this unique experience. We are grateful for the personal but correct service, the exquisite presentation and the Italian touch....

Main course was a guinea fowl, somewhat under cooke... read more Lovely Ambiente, but food and service so so. Was looking forward to this one. Had a good starter beef tatar. Main course was a guinea fowl, somewhat under cooked. After mentioning it to the waiter, no apology was offered. Only service recovery was, when we weren’t charged for a glass of Eau de vie. Disappointed.
