What User doesn't like about Zaffiro's North Shore:
There was not a hostess to seat us and waited about 10 min before I went in to ask to be seated. As I was waiting the employees all turned their heads and walked away. When we were served our server was very good and nice View all feedback.
This zaffiros in mequon is awesome. Excellent staff and saves me tons of time from going downtown. Excellent pizza same as the original when I was a youngster. Just a hint you can catch them on uber eats. Thanks zaffiros. Tony.

The food isn't what it used to be. It's giving mall food court vibes with reastaurant pricing. ??
Service was horrible. Waited 10–15 minutes after being seated for server to arrive, despite noting we had tickets for a movie in one hour. Brought the wrong salad which I had to eat or miss the start of the movie. Appetizer we ordered came AFTER the main course. My daughter-in-law’s pizza crust was doughy. Has to track down server to pay and then wait another 5 minutes for change, even though they knew movie was about to start. Brought a napkin to our table with some unknown yellow substance in it. Not sure how Greg Marcus allows this place to continue the association with his theater.
Two bad experiences in a row in two weeks. Based on what happened I’m convinced it’s management and poor training. First time our pizza was ordered in advance of the movie. Half way through the movie I have to leave to check what’s going on. Turns out it was finished and they just never buzzed us. Ended up missing a critical part of the movie. Second time we dine in 3/4 meals are brought out with the appetizer. Fourth meal comes out (personal pizza) and it was clearly forgotten about because it was uncooked. Also brought out the wrong salad and comped us $3. This place is not what it use to be and if this continues, it’ll tarnish the Marcus Brand.
