I called to ask if it was... read more Been a customer for years and never had any complaints. Placed an order today at 4:30 PM for 6:30 PM. I received my order at 6:55 PM. I called to ask if it was on its way. Received a lady on the phone who was very unfriendly. She was busy and if I didn't like it I would have to order elsewhere next time. Clearly not an example of how to deal with customers and complaints. In any case, someone who handles stress poorly. Something for the owner to think about what to do with such employees.
