Mcdonald's - Mentor

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were quite rude, and my food was served cold. The bungalows were extremely uncomfortable, feeling harder than rock. One of the female employees with blonde hair was particularly unfriendly, and a young blonde-haired male staff member even tossed my change at me. It’s hard to understand how they can claim to excel in customer service with such behavior.

It's McDonald's, so it’s always decent, but it can’t compare to a burger fresh off the grill. It’s surprising how expensive it’s become lately; honestly, I could go to a proper restaurant and get a burger for roughly the same price.

I believe my partner visited the restaurant and brought me back some delicious, spicy dips that I love, along with cheeseburgers and fries.

That was the worst almost food experience I ever had. I wish I could rate it 0 stars. none of the employees wore gloves or hair nets. I even saw a worker sucking his nose and then grabbing pommes. we had a big group, but it took an hour to serve all of us, and that was not worth it. my ice cream was a lot full. numbers were not called what was in the order. this made it so difficult to know which order was who. the floor was disgusting and so was the bathroom.

I think my husband went there and brought me back some very hot food I love cheeseburgers and fries from there
