My first time dining here. The dining room was closed had to sit in patio the service was sub par we felt more like a bother that we came in. The food was not good. I got the chicken Parm and it lacked flavor like the meal wasn't seasoned at all husbandsaid his was just ok. View all feedback.
Longo's has quickly become one of our local favorites. As our son put it, "It's amazing!" They offer fantastic calzones, delicious garlic knots, and outstanding pizza. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Thank you, Longo's team!
An hour later, I called to check on the status of the order. To my surprise, I was informed that my order never went through, and I was given the option to reorder or receive a refund. There was no discount offered, no attempt to expedite the delivery, and no apology—just a rude representative on the line. When I requested a refund, I was abruptly hung up on. I called back to confirm that they had my card details for the refund (which they never verified), and spoke to another manager. Eventually, they asked for my order details and the total amount so they could contact their credit card processor to sort out the refund. The whole situation was incredibly frustrating. I love their food and we usually dine in, but we decided to try delivery for the first time, and after this experience, I won't be returning. When I mentioned I would leave a review on Google, the representative simply replied, "Fabulous," and hung up. As of now, five days after my initial contact, I still have not been refunded, meaning I've paid $60 for food I never received. Edit 2: I called again on 7-12 to follow up on my refund and was yelled at by the manager. They assured me the refund had been processed and insisted it takes 5-6 business days, which is fair, but no one ever confirmed that a refund was on its way. The manager continued to shout at me, claiming the refund was done and that they tried to call me, which simply wasn't true. This morning, I finally received an email stating that the refund had just been processed, starting the 5-6 days from today. After all that arguing, it turns out they were mistaken and hadn’t done what they claimed.
We have ordered from here for over 30 years and while their management has always sucked and they mess up your order almost everytime, the food has always been so good. The last year or so the pizza has not been good, they stopped having spaghettinoodles and the last thing that we still get is meatball subs. Tonight they said they had no sub buns so the meatball subs wouldbe on hamburger buns! This place has gone so far down hill but they charge plenty for every little thing! Gioninos is our newplace of choice! Sad!!!!
Laurie did a fantastic job assisting us in planning a catered party. She quickly put together an excellent menu that perfectly matched the portions for our guests. When I arrived, everything was beautifully packed, fresh, and hot. Laurie even helped me load the food into the car. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations, and she managed all the planning with a smile. She also accommodated my schedule, allowing me to pick up the food at my convenience. If you're looking to host a catered event, I highly recommend reaching out to Laurie. She won’t try to upsell you, and you’ll be delighted with her services and warm personality.
