Night crew messes up2 orders last week, no apologiesHad to come back 2nd time for a sandwich not in my bag.
I stoped at arby'sgot 3 sliders 2 chicken, 1 corned beef, potatoe cakes, fries and a drink(my order) umong other things (my fiances order).
Manager very nice, fast and hot served. they always make sure that they have their apron, serviettes, etc.
In the late evening here for a quick snack and a drink. it was immediately regretted when the staff was extremely rude when answering our questions. we get the food and one of the mozzarella sticks was hard as it sat all day and was heated again. it was so disgusting. I want to avoid this place at all costs.
