Food is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS on point from the Mista EEE-Roooooh! Love their food, and the service itself is not bad, just will always have to wait like 30 min because their food really is good...just make sure you order ahead so you aren't sitting and waiting for your food for a half hour. The food there is consistently excellent as well as the service!
Love Mr. Hero's but this location was a poor experience. That's really all they just weren't interested in being customer friendly helpful.
Everything was expired, rotten tomatoes, brown lettuce, stale buns... my Roman burger has made me so sick. I got carry out and wanted to eat it at home, then i ate the meat and cheese only and got so sick...
Stopped in for a Roman burger, it was fresh , hot and looked exactly like the picture. Tasted great. Good job. Most places don’t do nearly as well.
Avoid this location at all costs. The Roman burgers i got were over cooked badly.... The waffle fries were all tiny pieces and chunks and they tasted like elephant ear fries which tells me they don't have separate oil getting stations and don't change them often enough?????
