I first ate at L’Helios solo, but then came back the next day with my son, who will be studying at Sciences Po, nearby. The food was tasty, and fresh, and the environment was lovely- next to the beach. L’Helios is located along the Promenade. I came for lunch, but arrived early. They were accommodating and offered me a drink while I waited for table service to begin, whereas another restaurant next door had just turned me away because it was not yet 12:00. I had the grilled loup sea bass) with grilled vegetables, on both of my visits. It was the perfect lunch. The server prepared the fish in front of me and played it well. When my son came the next day he had the spaghetti carbonara. He enjoyed it. If you are looking for a place for good food, good service and a nice environment, then L’Helios is a great place to stop. The staff make this restaurant very welcoming!
When I went to this restaurant I appreciated and I also fall in love with the food and the amazing view. The waiters were very friendly and attentive.
Perfect day, perfect location, perfect owners, perfect food and perfect quality price ratio. A very nice woman greeted us and provided us with the best. The plates are generous and delicious. 1 croissant, 1 coffee, a nice place on the beach, one pasta dish, all for 25 euros. Love love love it!
L'Helios Beach Club is one of the many around the bay. The restaurant I would rate as average as there are others with better cuisine in my view.
We visited towards the end of the season and were usually the only people in the place. We loved it and visited several times. For a drink at the end of the day to watch the sun go down,the setting couldn't be bettered as it's on the beach. The service was great whenever we visited. There are also rentable beach beds which we didn't use. Prices were average for the area.
