If you're looking for a place far from the tourist tr... read more A true gem just steps from Les Halles! We had an exceptional family experience at Brasserie Le Clémenceau. If you're looking for a place far from the tourist traps to enjoy ultra-fresh seafood with the locals, this is the place to go. The oysters were excellent, shucked right before our eyes, and the shrimp were just as delicious. I even got to try sea urchin, a delightful surprise! The accompanying Niçoise salad was perfect, and we finished with a delicious crème brûlée. Beyond the food, it's the warm welcome from the owners that makes all the difference. They are charming and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They even made my birthday unforgettable with music, a candle, and a glass of champagne!
