Why don't they learn - went there last week - asked for help for the menu because everything in French (as you can expect) the server said that he spoke English but after politely asked for help, he said no and went away!!!! the food was good but limited menu - no vegetables - just potato in the oven. disappointing!!!! I would love to see an answer from them. the second time, I went for a shared tray next to - no pizza - no bread!!

We spent the New Year's Eve here 2013, we couldn't go to monaco, but please, we didn't go there because we found the loca better, the music was jazz funk style and the sweet and soothing atmosphere of the restaurant was superb, the tapas were great and we were very well maintained, the staff was very attentive. Prosecco was great food was delicious, just like the staff. I'm really looking forward to going back soon. the loca is right on the Italian border. n
