Cousin Vinny's Pizza - Mentekab

Meh! It's pizza that fills the hole in your stomach but there's much better food elsewhere. Would only recommend if I didn't particularly like the person. Lots of overpriced deals but I'd rather save my money for better food. Not recommendable.

Bring back the option for Half and Half pizzas that have the other sauces. Springfield Vinny's is the only Vinny's location that removed this option from their online ordering. Completely removing the half and half option for the Alfredo, bbq, and other sauces from the build your own pizza. And removed the half and half option if you select any specialty pizza that doesn't have the regular sauce. The other locations still allow you to order what you want. Bring it back. This is like the fourth time I've decided to order elsewhere because I can't order online my favorite pizza anymore. I waited like two years for this place to reopen and have been a regular until they have done this. Other Vinny's locations have told me it's just Springfield being lazy. No surprise. Update 7/8 : I see they are slowly but surely updating the ordering system to fix this. Can't wait to order my favorite pizza again?

I haven't been to a Cousin Vinny's in a long time since they moved from the Miller Lane area. Ordered online from the Springfield location since I was in the area and I accidentally messed up how I wanted the pizza. Didn't realize it till I picked it up. I told the workers what happened and they were all so nice and made me the pizza I originally wanted. I waited in the car and just as I was about to go in to see if it was ready a nice young guy brought the pizza out to me and was very friendly. Didn't get his name but he had longer dark hair...so thank you and I appreciate you all that was there and the pizza was so good I will definitely be back when I'm in the area again!

I ordered a pizza online at 1054pm on a Monday! I called after an hour to see where my order was because the app said it would arrive in 50 min! The incompetent that answered the phone said my order would leave in 5 to 10 min, I received my order 30 min later! It arrived at 1230am cold, dry and nasty! I will never again order from this store! The food was trash and the service was worse! Beware!

1st time ordering from Vinnys Pizza. We picked up our pizza and chicken wings. Food was hot and fresh : There was a little confusion as to what the sweet sauce was and I got icing LOL...overall a great experience with tasty food : Will definitely order again !
