Cassano's The Pizza King - Feedback

What Chef Sil doesn't like about Cassano's The Pizza King:
Poor customer service after they sent me away with the wrong item. Said they would send out a new pizza that was correct at which point 55 minutes later they said I had to give back part of the wrong pizza that my kids had eaten since I wasn’t told I had to give it back. I like this Cassanos better then the one in Urbana that only because the one in Urbana has a rude older woman and she don't like putting sauce on both bread for subs. This Cassanos is one of our go to when wanting pizza. They did what I need them to do with my sub by not putting tomatoes on them which is good most place can do that or won't. View all feedback.
