What Anonym dislikes about Oggi Eats:
for what we paid for, it was a quieter average. I have eaten a better Italian food for half the price. the wine was good, but my sirloin was boiled together with 80% of others who ordered it and the sauce was quite watery. the tartaric acid was beautiful, but too salty, we think too much solitary and soy sauce. for $42 a meal, they really want it to be beautiful. the cake we ordered was a bit dry with ice and crumbs.... Always a good experience. Food is exceptional with fantastic presentation and the venue is classy and intimate.
Lovely ambiance, fine service. However, my food was totally bland. Gnocchi fried in the pan was just flavorless. Dumped on the plate with a few mushrooms and cheese. No love at all. Wine overpriced. Food did not sit well at all. Shame, was looking forward to the meal.

I had breakfast there a few weeks ago, and it was absolutely amazing! The food was fantastic, the service was quick and attentive, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The customer service was outstanding—definitely a great spot to take your partner, family, or friends. Plus, the wine list is impressive, and the cocktails are to die for! This place will leave your taste buds singing! I’d even rate it a perfect 12 out of 10. I’m sure I’ll be a regular at Oggi's from now on!
Wow: what a find. Driving along Walcott street on our way to find a bar for a drink in Mt Lawley with my wife we drove past Oggi. My wife said 'lets turn around and give that bar a go: it looks nice '. Well my wife was on the money. Walking in we loved the slate floored entrance and when the door opened we were met with this amazing buzz and vibe. It was only 8pm at night and this place was going off. The attentive and friendly staff ushered us to a nice table and gave us the best wine list I have ever seen. We worked our way through their wine list which had 75ml glasses of many different types of wines. What a great way to try new things. The staff where always on hand to help and looking around at the full restaurant you could see that everyone here knew the secret that this place is a winner. We cannot wait to come back for dinner soon.
Loved it! The best steak I’ve had in a long time. Extensive wine list and really friendly staff. Just wonderful. I can’t wait to come back!
Thanks for a fabulous lunch we enjoyed everything! Food was divine, service was super friendly, Tony fun and attentive, wine list is great and the price is right. When the word gets out, we won't beable to get near the place:
Oggi (Restaurant) Bar Eats was a real surprise when I visited for the first time, along with two business colleagues, who really like good food and even better wines.<br/ <br/ They were not disappointed. Nor was I.<br/ <br/ It was a fairly quiet night so we enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar where we met the owner and his team. The table was well presented nicely, but it was the food and wine that won the night. I had a Wagin (a town in country WA) Duck. Tender, sweet and beautifully presented. It was accompanied with potato mash with a hint of truffle oil. Superb.<br/ <br/ My colleagues had lamb and a pasta dish. Stunning.<br/ <br/ The service was professional and the range of wines, incredible. Our waiter knew each wine intimately and their knowledge of the food was first class.<br/ <br/ What a delightful restaurant this is. Top class in a quiet and relaxed surroundings

The food we received for the price we paid was quite mediocre. I've had better Italian meals for half the cost. While the wine was enjoyable, my sirloin was overcooked, much like 80% of the other orders at our table, and the sauce lacked richness, being rather watery. The tartare had a nice flavor but was overly salty, likely due to an excess of sesame and soy sauce. At $42 per meal, we were hoping for a better experience. The cake we ordered was somewhat dry, accompanied by a bland ice cream and crumb topping. We probably won’t return for the food, but we might consider coming back for the wine, which, while still pricey, was unique and fantastic.
It's truly unfortunate that this restaurant is closing! The food is exquisite, and the service is outstanding. Make sure to visit before December 18th!
Oggi deserves a spot on the list of top restaurants in Perth. The food and service are outstanding, and it boasts one of the finest wine lists I've ever seen. I've known about Oggi for quite some time but took my time to visit, and it was definitely worth the wait. Our group of four enjoyed a wonderful meal paired with a bottle of Siciliana wine that complemented nearly all our dishes. For starters, we had steak tartare, ceviche, scallops, and duck ravioli, followed by a slow-cooked beef fillet in butter, roast lamb with pork loin, and a seared duck breast with liver parfait. Not a single dish disappointed. The service was friendly and efficient, there’s ample parking available, and they accept credit cards.
