I had a wonderful experience! Our server, Rathorn, made the meal enjoyable. The food was delicious and served promptly. This is definitely a lovely gem to discover on the way back to Ohio.

We had a very sweet server. They had glutton-free English muffin I really appreciate. The food was hot, fast and delicious. We would go more often when we live in this area.

I'm a regular customer here. Love this place! Will be back!

Way quicker service this morning... manager stepped in to seat people.. quicker seating, I see improvement! Waitress was polite made suggestions, very helpful, food came quicker... definite improvement! We like the food and prices, but waiting for seats, food, and bill to show up is not done well. They could turn this around if they'd separate the area people pay from the area people are greeted to be seated. Also there should be only one cashier, or pay at the table if they are worried about tips. The greeter should be assigned only to assigning tables and keeping track of customer flow. Not sure what would speed along the kitchen. Mellow music quietly in the background could help the tension one feels with the uncomfortable wait for food. Having an alert waiter waitress to check when to bring the bill would help also. If the food wasn't good and the prices reasonable we probably wouldn't come here. This isn't so much an employee problem as much as a management issue, I believe structure is issue at hand.
