The meat was just okay. It tasted more like it was baked than having a true, authentic smoked flavor. The brisket was quite bland, but the shoulder was pretty good. The rib tips had potential, but they were too greasy. Overall, I prefer the genuine wood-smoked flavor that comes from a stick burner, rather than a large oven that only produces a hint of smoke with a few pieces of wood. View all feedback.
The brisket and pulled pork are incredibly tender. It's obvious that every detail was carefully attended to. I can't wait to come back!

The brisket was incredibly tender—so much so that I could cut it with a plastic fork. The portion size was generous, giving me delicious leftovers for the next day! I can't wait to try more items from the menu next time. It was fantastic!
