I recently visited this restaurant for the first time in a while and I must say, I was very impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and hardworking. I have been to many restaurants before, but this one stood out for having such dedicated and efficient staff. I had a chance to chat with some of the workers and they all seemed like genuinely good people. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Today, I visited this Starbucks while on a business trip. I paid with a credit card and requested a receipt, but the machines were not working to dispense one. The young lady serving us was very friendly and we ended up getting our drinks for free. I appreciate her patience and kindness, and I want to thank the two young ladies who helped us, even though I don't know their names. Thank you for the excellent service. View all feedback.
The staff today were wonderful! They made our order extremely quick and were super friendly. Everything was made perfectly. Unfortunately another guest was very rude to the staff and began screaming inside the store. The manager swiftly handled the situation and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend this location.
I come to this starbucks daily. Mon to Friday. The workers are GREAT and friendly, but almost once every week they are not open on time. Today 10/24 I was there at 5:10 am and they hadn't opened yet. Cones were blocking the drive thru.... One day last week I was here even a bit later, maybe 515/520 am and they still were not open. I totally understand its early, things happen, alarms are missed, etc. But with this store its been very constant. I love my starbucks... This is the closest one to my work, but im constantly driving to the next closest one, which is completely out is my way. ???? please just open on time. <3
Probably the rudest starbucks staff you will encounter?.. at least you know you?re in the suburbs when you visit this location ????
The service and products are great. The parking is not, hence the 3-star review. The drive-thru line regularly extends into the street during peak hours, and trying to navigate the parking lot feels nothing short of hazardous at times, thanks to the poor layout. I still absolutely recommend a visit to this location, but keep the traffic in mind.
This Starbucks is the busiest in the Falls with the worst parking lot. It frequently has long lines in the morning and at the end of the work day.
