Pop's Frozen Custard - Menomonee Falls

Large black cow, large cheese fry and a jumbo butter burger makes everything ok.

The French fries were the worst I've ever had in my life. Totally soggy and just laden with grease. I could tell as soon as I opened up the package they came in. I really can't believe they served them this way.

The best custard! Excellent service, friendly employees. A bit expensive, but I guess you at least get what you pay for here!

My family has been going to Pop’s for years since we moved to the Falls. It’s always been good, with good service and prices that were decent, but not great. I thought the slightly higher prices were justified because it’s a small business the kind of place my family and I like to support. Tonight, I stopped in because I was craving custard after I had dinner at home. I was SHOCKED to see that a “Snow Storm” was $8.99! A Google review from just three weeks ago had a picture of the menu, showing the same item at $6.79. Of course, inflation touches everything. But this just feels exploitative. Because I was already there and don’t want to spend any more time, I reluctantly ordered my custard, but, disappointingly, that will be the last time I stop at Pop’s. There are a lot of other options. Maybe other folks can spend that kind of money at a place like Pop’s they were busy tonight but it won’t be me. The service was still good, food and atmosphere are okay. But the value just isn’t what it used to be, so overall, 2 Stars.

I had a double scoop of blushing bride (strawberries vanilla cake) and it was exactly what I wanted for an indulgence! Wow!
