What User doesn't like about Pizza Factory:
This place was formerly great, but the last few times we ate the pizza that it was very fat! We even went to eat a few months, the staff was not so friendly and again very fat pizza! View all feedback.
You said 13 minutes for our pizza sat there for an hour and half a pizza didn't get our cups for sodas soda machine was? not so much worked 20 minutes to get my wine So after waiting and the hour and a half asked for a refund and instead of it all you should have done just gave the money for the pizza
Took my grandkids and had a great time. Yummy pizza and loved that they had a gaming area for the kids. Clean and roomy with friendly staff. I will be returning.
The quality of ingredients is lacking for the cost of these pizzas. The ham is cubed, not sliced and tasted that it was re-heated. I couldn?t finish my dinner and was stuck with a pricey bill.
Amazing pizza and if you go inside it looks like (and smells like) an old fashioned ma and pop pizza shop. Including a huge dining area, a side hallway area for video games (tokens, tickets, and things to buy with the tickets), and the same ramp inside from the dining room to where you order and/or pick up. Love it all!
Ordered the meatball sandwich. Was great!! The peppers and onions make it so good.
