A staff member named Juan assured me that my order was complete. However, when I started eating with my family, I discovered that a chicken breast and coleslaw were missing from the order. This was disappointing and caused unnecessary frustration. I tried to call and express my concern, but I have no intention of driving back to that KFC in Sun City. Instead, I’m trying to take a philosophical approach rather than letting my anger take over, as it seems KFC has been declining for some time now and doesn’t seem to care about the negative reviews. While leaving this underwhelming KFC, I met a fellow veteran who shared that he had also faced an unfair charge on his credit card during a previous visit. In the scorching 100-degree heat, it’s disheartening to see a once-great option like KFC fall short. The food itself wasn’t terrible, but the service was lacking. I’d rate it 1.5 stars.

It’s disappointing, and it seems like the owner is cutting corners with the quality of the food. They really need a food inspector to come by and assess what’s going on. Honestly, I would give this place a zero if I could. If you're considering going there, think twice; it's truly terrible.
