We preordered takeout 3 hours in advance but when I arrived 4 minutes early, they handed me two pizzas that were cold and had crusts as dry as crackers. As a former Pizza Place manager, I couldn't help but wonder how they could mess up the pizzas so badly. This is Strike Two. View all feedback.
Purchased 32 wings and only received 16 of them. Called the store at 2123L and informed them we were missing half and they said they'd get them right out to us. Called again at 2259L and still no other half of the order and spent 30+ minutes waiting for them to answer the phone (which they never answered) while Store Hours show they close at 0000L. Didn't realize it was store policy to give half of a customers order and still take the full amount of money and not answer during store hours. This specific store has become more and more of a disappointment over the last few years and it finally stooped this low. Definitely wont waste my time at this store again and I'm gonna make sure everyone I know local doesn't either.
I was very disappointed in the overall ordering through the app. I ordered 2 different chicken wings. It never stated whether they were boneless or not and it didn't disclose the price until I was ready to check out. When I went to place my order I realized I was charged $1 for each sauce I ordered. Most wings which is what I thought I was ordering, typically come with a reasonable amount of sauces. Your commercial says they don't have hidden delivery fees. They charged me $5.50 to deliver those two items less than 2 miles from their restaurant. Very disappointing!!
This load cannot do it right. I have decided to give them another chance after my last delivery, I should have known it better. I ordered a pizza in Brooklyn style with sausages, swirling paprika mushrooms, extra cheese and sauce. that's what I have. (see picture)Kayla, the manager wouldn't take the time to talk to me, I was on 30 minutes until she closed, then separated. at least I have 60 reward points because no one has brought out my pizza better in 2 minutes, they could not find my order when my man came in so that they took the first ones they had to match the size. the points mean nothing because I will never order from dominos again.
This place has gone so downhill! a few times ago I have filed a command, they were 20 minutes too late on the command. Last time I went tonight, they wouldn't answer their handys to command one. tonight, I put an order for 3 people on the phone for pickup. the girl took the command and I had even repeated the command. She told me it would take 45 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later and they could not find the order. the girl on the theke asked if it were under another name. I said no, and I repeated what he commanded. they saw through the computer and command all the others who were ready. She says I don't know who you talked to, but it's gonna take 30 minutes, that's okay, I said. No, it's not okay! I said it was done in 45 minutes, 45 minutes ago you can't find it and want me to wait 30 minutes? I said, break off the order they can't find has been going here for years!. but no longer! save yourself frustration and time and choose another location folks!
Great crew. Been with this Dominos since 2009 or earlier, cannot remember how long. My favorite pizza and bbq chicken wings store
