Been to several locations the service is Always good here tonight the place was dirty where food is prepped and Rice was clumped and dried out, sauces were dried out and the house dressing for Salad it wasn't the same it was beyond runny i took a friend whohad never been i left happy with service not so much food this time. I was really disappointed with the tacos we had. We usually enjoy the food at Cafe Rio, but I'm not sure if the quality has declined overall or if it was just this location, as we haven't eaten here before. There was very little meat in the tacos, and the salad was brown. Even though I specifically asked for cheese, they served it without any at first. When I finally received my tacos, there was barely a teaspoon of cheese on each. I asked for more cheese three times and only got about two more teaspoons total. When I mentioned the salad didn't look fresh, the server responded that it was fresh, just not very appealing. One of the servers kept yawning with his mouth wide open and looked quite sweaty. When I brought the tacos home, my daughter noticed how they looked, and I had to explain that this was after asking for extra toppings. We definitely won't be returning to this location.
The older white woman with blonde hair who closes the restaurant really needs some training in customer service. She lacks patience, especially when dealing with the mobile order section. Her time management and problem-solving skills leave a lot to be desired, which is disappointing for many of us who frequent this place. While the food is of good quality, poor customer service tends to drive away customers. If you don't enjoy interacting with people, then a job in the service industry is not for you. I've never encountered someone who seems so unwilling to do their job.

Food was very bland and cold. Although the cashier wore gloves, I was worried that she worked the cashier and also treated our food. Absolutely not going back. No good experience!
Have been going to the location since they opened and have enjoyed it. A month ago we went on a Sunday for lunch and they seemed disorganized and the typical management staff was not there. We received poor quality food and for my wife?s sides were overcharged. Went back today for another chance and had a duplicate with the exception of being overcharged. Portions have shrunk and prices have gone up. Will probably wait awhile and then give this location one more opportunity hoping they can turn it around.
