Bj's Brewhouse - Menifee

The employees have a no care attitude, from the hostesses to the waitresses to the servers and the manager. No wonder the place was lacking customers. It's too bad because the food is good.

Had come here before a number of times. Different areas. Always had good food and great staff. Today portions were incredibly small. And not much flavor. I left hungry after eating lunch and I literally weigh 130 lbs.... Not very welcoming staff. Will not return to this company's establishment. Idk what happened to this restaurant or if it's just this location one in particular? Last I came to a BJ's was about a year ago.

We had the absolute worst experience going to dinner Sunday night. It was a celebration for our daughter’s birthday and they failed on all accounts. Our server was very nice… when we saw her. To start 4 of the 7 orders were wrong but it took 45 minutes for our food to come out so we didn’t send it back. She never refilled our drinks and didn’t clear our table before the pizookies came out which was an hour wait. I asked an employee with an empty dish tray if he could clear our table and he said “yeah” then proceeded to turn and walk away. I started placing our dirty dishes in the waitress station and still NO HELP! 45 minutes in to waiting for dessert she came by to tell us the ice cream was being put on the cookies. 15 minutes later they arrived and by then the cookies were cold. It was absolutely the most disappointing experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I think we weren’t the only ones because I witnessed another guest looking for help. Oh and the floors were sticky and gross! No lie the stickiness had to be washed off with a hose when I arrived home.If you are a local restaurant owner and maybe you’re frustrated with your employees go grab dinner at BJ’s and you’ll realize how stellar they really are. I know this will probably not make a difference but if I save just one family from this disaster of a restaurant then this review was worth it.

Teresa the best server/waitress in the I.EHands down. She served our table with 15 people like it was a party of 2 or 4. Positive, cheerful, vibrant, swaggy, professional ??

It was just not a good experience for us. The service was a bit disjointed. Food came out over a 10-minute period and overall the food was not that great. Maybe just an off night but he probably will not go back
