Mcdonald's - Mendota

There was plenty of employees, but nobody seemed to work. I had a 10 piece McNugget and medium fry. There was two people in the drive-through and one other person inside and it took me 15 minutes to get that and I made the mistake of also ordering a cup of coffee, so after waiting 10 minutes for my food, I had to wait five more minutes for them to pour my cuppa coffee Seriously the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to horrible service.

I ordered a quarter pounder and 10 pc nugget along with what the app said was a peppermint coffee...I was informed they don't offer that drink so had to get a different flavor...why was it on the app? The food was fantastic, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, with friendly staff ensuring everything went smoothly. The atmosphere, even through takeout, was inviting and enjoyable. I highly recommend trying their Dr Pepper—it's a must-have! Overall, a wonderful place for a budget-friendly meal.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible. It took several minutes for the staff member to take my order, and then she told me to pull up to window 1. After waiting for about 4 minutes there without anyone coming to assist me, I decided to go to window 2. I waited another 4 minutes at that window and could see four employees inside chatting, but nobody came to help me. Eventually, I drove away without my order. I won’t be coming back again. Since I was the only car in the drive-thru, there was no reason for the service to be this slow.
