Stopped to fuel up hire car. Asked advisor (Sandeep on receipt)to put the reg down as hire two times to which he said ok. I then checked receipt and he ignored... read more Stopped to fuel up hire car. Asked advisor (Sandeep on receipt)to put the reg down as hire two times to which he said ok. I then checked receipt and he ignored me and decided to write the reg. He then said reg has to match card, so I showed him the card which is stamped emergency. Creates me more paperwork when company searches for registration instead of immediately knowing it's a hire vehicle. Simply not helpful!
