Our Frome favourite for chips as it's always reliable. Friendly service too.

We’ve been getting food from Codswallop for years and they’ve always been very good but the last few months the quality of the food and the service has really g... read more We’ve been getting food from Codswallop for years and they’ve always been very good but the last few months the quality of the food and the service has really gone downhill. The service lately has been very poor, very slow on more than one occasion they’ve actually got our order wrong. The food is also poor, the chips seem to be either undercooked or leftovers from lunchtime!! The last couple of times we’ve bought food from here we’ve actually chucked more away than we’ve been able to eat. Very disappointed as it used to be one of the best chip shops in town. Won’t be going there again!
