The Faulkland Inn - Mendip District

We were staying in Faulkland on a 4 day break, family meeting us for evening dinner at the nearby Faulkland Inn. A typical cosy village pub, very accommodating, good bar area and well laid out clean eating area. Quite an extensive menu plus daily specials. All of our six meals were delicious, ample servings for the hungry appetite, nicely presented by helpful friendly staff. Highly recommend the food here. The only complaint would be there was no Guinness for our men folk!!!

If you don't go to the Green Rocket in Bath, here will do some vegan options and a good pint, friendly service from a nice team.

Had a v nice lunch here today, several vegan options on the menu plus specialties from Lasagne and Burger... plus you can get vegan Mayo with chips.....Chap drink and great service :

Surprised by the vegan options and friendliness of the team here. The vegan lasagna was a special one that I saw online and double checked it could do it before I arrived. It was the best vegan lasagna I had so far. Loved the starter and main options, a dessert option at the time, but it was nice.

Fantastic gluten-free vegetarian lunch, we booked without notifying the staff of my diet requirements and even if there was a busy Sunday noon they were very much on my vegetarian gluten-free diet. I was served a beautiful vegan moussaka with vegetables, it was the best meal I had in a long time. I would give it five stars, but this app only allows me to give it four stars because the pub is not specifically a vegan place.
