Toppers Pizza - Menasha

Ordered from then tonight and was given the completely wrong order then given the ring around about getting my food back or the correct order I’ve never had this problem with the Appleton store and will not be ordering again just lost out on 50 dollars worth of food they told us we could only have our cheese pizza back and that’s all they could give us when we ordered a sausage cheese bread sticks and 3 garlic buttersThey wanted us to give them back the food that we had handled already

Great pizza, buy very late delivery and it was not hot, supposed to be no contact. Not the 1st time. It's to bad because they're pizza is great, but not spending 30.00 for 1 Luke warm late delivery pizza.

They get orders wrong all the time and refuse to correct it. They were completely horrible and took my money while getting the order wrong.

Food was good and on time. Just wish I got that 95 cent ranch cup to dip my buffalo chicken bites in though...

The location is awesome. It’s our favorite pizza. Whatever is going on with this new call center stuff is horrible. I can’t understand anyone, they never get my order right. It’s not the people in the store. This call center stuff is making me never wanting to call you guys because everything is wrong and I can’t ever speak to anyone in the store. It’s absurd
